Included is an algorithm that providers can use to determine when aspirin therapy is appropriate, and when it might be appropriate to discontinue aspirin use based on a patient’s ASCVD risk and bleeding risk. As always, we welcome any questions or feedback you may have. Just email the Pharmacy Team.
