AHP continues to maintain its positive trends in quality performance in all measure categories. The implementation of the Care Management Platform and its robust clinical decision support resources supports efforts to further our improvement for adult disease management, while upcoming initiatives for breast cancer and colorectal cancer screenings will help us maintain 90th percentile performance in the adult preventive cohort.
