Jana Darlington joins the Provider Network Management Team
Jana Darlington is joining Accountable Health Partners as the Provider Relations Liaison. She comes to AHP from the Center for Community Health &

Prevention (CCHP). At CCHP, Jana served as Promotion, Education, and Targeted Outreach Manager for the Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes Region (CSP-FLR). In that role, Jana worked with providers to raise awareness of the CSP-FLR and increase utilization of the program among uninsured individuals throughout a six-county region. She also provided education to various groups throughout the community.
Jana holds a Masters in Public Health from Indiana Wesleyan University and is pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. She is passionate about improving the health of our community, especially those with barriers to care and additional social determinants of health. Jana says, “I am excited to join AHP and work closely with our providers to improve the quality of care our community members are receiving. This is a great opportunity to continue my work with providers and impact the health of our region.”
Scott Gabel and Tyler Walton Join the Information Management Team

Please join Accountable Health Partners in welcoming Scott Gabel and Tyler Walton to AHP as full-time embedded analysts on our Information Management Team. AHP’s strategic initiatives and business operations continue to grow and increase the need for more data management, reporting, and analytics, and Scott and Tyler will play a vital role in those efforts. AHP is excited to have Scott and Tyler in these expanded roles to share their ideas, skills, talents, and experience with our network.
