2019 Excellus Contract Metrics
February 19th, 2019 | Clinical ConnectionsAs we had announced previously, we have been hard at work to create and get approval for our 2019 contract metrics for our Excellus contracts. As we have recently received final clarification of our population attribution for this year, we are ready to move forward with release of these metrics and publishing them in the Arcadia and Healthy Planet dashboards. Our goal this year was to minimize any significant changes to the slate of metrics and to try to unify the metrics across lines of business as much as possible. We believe we have been successful in this goal so not only should you see no significant changes to the metric list this year, we also believe this slate positions us to continue to perform well based on past performance and efforts between the practices and our Optimization Team here at AHP.
We are also working to further refine our ability to provide timely and actionable information to all providers across the network to efficiently close these gaps and optimize our performance and the health of the population we serve. We will be rolling out these new reports during this year and looking for your feedback as to whether this improves your care delivery ability. We anticipate another strong year for metric performance and hope to have the new slate of metrics view-able within your dashboards within the coming weeks.
