2023 PCP Reward Plan Reviewed at Practice Managers’ Meeting

2023 PCP Reward Plan Reviewed at Practice Managers’ Meeting

June 30th, 2023 | Network News

Although providers were held harmless for 2022 performance due to data quality issues and delays, accountability has been reinstated for the 2023 PCP Reward Plan. The Reward Plan was reviewed in detail at the Practice Managers’ Meeting on June 13th to familiarize providers and individuals responsible for managing quality within their practice or organization. Dynamic examples were used to illustrate how the Reward Plan’s components correspond with provider type (pediatrics, internal or family medicine) and how opportunities in depression screening, pharmacy, LARC, and citizenship impact percentage allocations and incentive calculations. The recording is available on our YouTube channel, and providers participating in the Reward Plan and individuals with quality responsibilities are encouraged to watch.

Providers and individuals with quality responsibilities are also encouraged to log in to Arcadia and the Provider Engagement Report (PER) to review performance to the 2023 quality measures throughout the year and PCP Reward Plan, respectively. Regularly using these critical resources will support practice efforts to improve quality, optimize Reward Plan incentives, and ensure your hard work is recognized.
