Physical Therapists Eligible for Spine Care Program 2.0
June 30th, 2023 | Network NewsLast month, we shared news of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield’s updated, fully online, and on-demand spine health program training that has been updated based on recent clinical research and feedback from institutional resources at Stanford University, Duke University, and others. Initially promoted to PCPs (MD, DO, NP, PA) specializing in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, Excellus has since expanded eligibility to include participating Physical Therapists.
Completing the program earns eligible providers a $200 honorarium. For providers who have never taken the program or did so before September 1, 2021, the honorarium is earned by completing the full 12-hour online workshop. Providers who have completed the program since September 1, 2021, are still eligible for the $200 honorarium by completing the two-hour, online, and on-demand Spine Training Update.
