Free Bright Futures Tool and Resource Kit, 2nd Edition Access for AHP Practices

To support this best practice, AHP has secured institutional access to the Bright Futures Tool and Resource Kit, 2nd Edition, which is now available to all AHP practices at no cost to them.
The toolkit offers age-specific forms and materials for preventive health supervision and health screening for infants, children, and adolescents ages 0 through 21 years. While the Bright Futures Tool does not include the actual developmental screener documents, providers can visit the American Academy of Pediatrics for more information about recommended developmental screeners. The Summer issue of Quality Corner, released earlier this month, also features additional resources to support comprehensive developmental screening.
