Coming in March: Clinical Integration and Incentive Payments and 2020 Measures
February 28th, 2020 | Network NewsAHP will be distributing clinical integration payments for the fourth quarter of 2019 to contract-participating, community PCPs in March. Based on a provider’s member attribution under an AHP gain sharing contract, these payments are provided to support provider efforts to advance AHP’s clinical integration initiatives. Checks are scheduled to be mailed in mid-March.
Also coming soon are incentives for 2019 clinical quality. PCPs who participate in all AHP contracts and who were fully Arcadia implemented by February 1st will receive incentives based on individual performance to the measures for the 2019 calendar year. Incentives will be calculated according to the percentage of points earned for commercial measures for all patients. These payments will be mailed in late March and will be accompanied by the quality measures for which AHP will be accountable under 2020 payer gain sharing contracts. As in prior years, the 2020 measure set includes measures for both chronic illness management and preventive health.
