Newest Member of the Pediatric Care Management Team
August 29th, 2019 | ArchiveAs part of AHP’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of care delivered to children, our pediatric care management enterprise is growing to ensure better access to these critical services. The team recently welcomed Whitney Scoville, LCSW.
Whitney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is determined and passionate in supporting others. Whitney has years of experience providing evidence-based Functional Family Therapy to families in their home. These high-risk families struggle with family conflict, school truancy, trauma, mental health issues, and children who have run away from home. She is an experienced mental health clinician that has provided treatment to individuals, couples and families, in close collaboration with an interprofessional team. She is enthusiastic about promoting positive change on both the individual and macro level in promotion of the health and wellbeing of our community.
Outside of the office, Whitney volunteers her time organizing service-based groups to serve in Intibuca, Honduras, providing vision care, water systems and educational supports. Supporting others to improve their health with counseling support, access to resources and education are close to her heart.
