Provider Relations Leadership Transition Announced

With extreme gratitude for over 10 years of outstanding work and service to our network, we are announcing that Renee Sutton, AHP’s Senior Director of Provider Network Management and Payer Relations, will be leaving AHP on October 13^th.  Renee has done a tremendous job in many ways. She was the leader in building AHP’s network of providers when we started back in 2013, and as many of you reading this newsletter know, she has skillfully nurtured those relationships ever since.  Her keen insight, attention to detail, and her skill at hearing and responding to the needs of our practices have been appreciated by our providers and fellow AHP staff.  Renee has been an important part of our leadership team, and she will be missed!  We wish her the best in her future endeavors.

We are already well underway with our search for Renee’s successor as the next Director of Provider Relations, and we expect to be able to make an announcement fairly soon.  You can look forward to seeing Renee’s successor, as well as Dr. Angelique Cohen, AHP’s new Executive Medical Director, in the Fall.  In the meantime, we will work with Renee and her staff, including our Provider Relations Liaison, Jana Darlington, to ensure a smooth transition over the next few weeks. If you have questions about this transition, please do not hesitate to contact your Provider Relations Representative, Renée Sutton or Jana Darlington, or Mark Cronin or Bob McCann.
