Well-Child Roadmap Now Available
April 30th, 2021 | Network NewsEven prior to the pandemic, the Optimization Team recognized the need for a renewed focus on children’s preventive care—specifically the challenges around getting kids into the office for well-child visits. The Well-Child Roadmap – or “Candyland” as it has been affectionately dubbed – was developed as a resource for parents to understand the importance of every well child visit for recognition of developmental delays, physical assessment, caregiver anticipatory guidance and timely referral to needed services.
